Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Onboard, train, and enable BloodHound Enterprise customers.
• Maintain regular cadence calls; address concerns; identity security best practices.
• Help customers integrate BloodHound Enterprise data with other systems.
• Identify churn risk and implement success plans to restore health.
• Maintain account health updates for management and cross-team visibility.
• Collaborate with product, support, and engineering to resolve issues and drive enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical account management or security-focused roles.
• Ability to maintain an account book of business.
• Basic scripting knowledge: PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Willing to travel up to 15% regionally.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
