  • Own the technical relationship with your portfolio through the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with CS and account teams to define Braze tech strategy.
  • Instrument Braze across client stack and refine instrumentation.
  • Manage Enterprise/Strategic accounts with complex architectures and scale.
  • Facilitate discovery and recommend solutions based on client needs.
  • Enable client product and engineering teams to use Braze independently.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years client-facing TAM or related role (Enterprise/Strategic).
  • 3+ years technical experience in SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; translate tech for non-tech.
  • Natural problem solver with strong curiosity and teamwork.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced env.
  • Bilingual skills welcome but not required.
