  • Serve as a trusted Identity Coach guiding customers with technical guidance and best practices
  • Learn customers' business, goals, and challenges through the lens of identity
  • Build relationships from developers to C-level execs, turning customers into Auth0 champions
  • Conduct quarterly executive meetings to recap value and roadmap items
  • Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and engagement; address risks and escalations

  • 3+ years IT experience with a Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0
  • Experience with SaaS/PaaS/cloud services, driving adoption and integration
  • Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle and programming concepts
  • Excellent communication skills across roles from developers to executives
  • Ability to work US Time Zone (CST) and manage multiple projects
