  • Serve as trusted Identity Coach guiding customers with technical guidance, enablement, and best practice sharing
  • Learn customers' business, strategies, goals, and challenges through the identity lens
  • Build long-term relationships with stakeholders from developers to C-level, evolving customers into Auth0 champions
  • Conduct quarterly executive meetings to recap value and roadmap progress
  • Conduct ad hoc meetings with technical practitioners on identity solutions and best practices
  • Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and engagement, proactively addressing risks and escalations

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
  • CIAM fundamentals: OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0
  • API consumption and HTTP request methods
  • SaaS/PaaS/cloud services adoption, integration, and ongoing use
  • Customer-first mindset with strong communication; ability to influence across a portfolio and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work US Time Zone (CST)
