📋 Description

  • Be the trusted technical advisor for AvePoint enterprise customers during platform integrations.
  • Help customers maximize product adoption and ensure successful implementation and operations.
  • Deliver prescriptive technical recommendations through the customer’s product operations lifecycle.
  • Manage account activities and coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
  • Lead remote or onsite architectural design sessions and deployment planning with clients.
  • Provide timely, clear communications and professional engagements by phone or email.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or Engineering (required).
  • Minimum 3+ years in technical software support, pre-sales engineering, or technical account management.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, organization, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and product operations knowledge.
  • Familiarity with REST API development and integration patterns.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server; PowerShell proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative team.
