- Proven problem solving; investigate missed alerts and tune detections
- Experience handling escalations with calm, customer-first focus
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environment; balance depth and speed
- Familiarity with security tooling, cloud environments, or detection platforms helpful
- Curious and resourceful mindset to improve detection coverage and outcomes
