📋 Description

  • Assist with the implementation and troubleshooting of technical services for public safety agencies.
  • Analyze customers’ tech landscapes to recommend interfaces, migrations, and analytics.
  • Guide stakeholders through requirements, solutioning, docs, configuration, mapping, and UAT.
  • Track project schedules with stakeholders and support mitigations.
  • Configure, schedule, and maintain containerized software across a multi-cloud environment.
  • Update external technical docs to educate stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience providing technical support for customers.
  • Strong technical skills: network protocols, APIs, interfaces.
  • SQL experience: writing and reading queries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and back-end development.
  • Must be based in NYC area; on-site in Jersey City, five days/week.
