- Experience with clients, product, ops and engineering; simplify concepts.
- Prioritize, multi-task, and perform under pressure.
- Translate technical concepts into business terms; map requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Sales, Service, Marketing and Support processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
