  • Serve as primary technical contact post-sale for enterprise customers through lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • Hands-on with CI/CD: Buildkite preferred; Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, TeamCity.
  • Strong DevOps tooling: Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Scripting in Bash, Ruby, Go, JavaScript, or Python; read/write/debug code with customers.
  • Strong communication with VP/CTO-level stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Commercial awareness: renewals, churn risk, expansion.
