π― Requirements

- Experience with on-premises servers and Microsoft 365.
- Familiar with ticketing systems, RMM tools, and documentation systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-service focus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- ConnectWise experience a plus.
