Onboard, deploy, and secure Mattermost for enterprise/public sector customers.
Design secure, scalable architectures for hybrid and air-gapped environments.
Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, ITSG-33, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001.
Guide integration with SSO/SAML/OAuth, DevOps pipelines, and monitoring.
Proactively guide customers to prevent issues and ensure operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Technical Account Management or Sales Engineering or equivalent.
Deep Linux, networking, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on scripting or development (Python, Go, Node.js).
Strong cybersecurity principles and secure system design.
Familiarity with DevSecOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, Terraform).
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence across functions.
