π― Requirements
- 5+ years of TAM or related client-facing experience.
- Technical knowledge of SaaS products and underlying tech.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet products (Core App, Bridge, Resource Management, etc).
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience configuring, customizing, and implementing SaaS apps.
- Understanding of security protocols, SSO, and APIs preferred.
