  • Advise on tech support and product adoption for customers
  • Analyze IT Operations and provide value-maximizing recommendations
  • Advocate for customers by aligning goals with product adoption
  • Prepare for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering and technical services teams to identify features
  • Continuously evolve best practices for product adoption and customer success

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Solid technical grounding and hands-on IT Operations experience
  • Hands-on with AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Scripting: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP, or Chef/Puppet
  • CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher
  • Able to sit up to 4 hours; travel up to 30%
  • Experience as TAM with mid-market/Enterprise cloud customers
  • Experienced using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools
