  • Onboard market makers and institutional clients via Polymarket APIs (REST, WebSocket)
  • Serve as the primary technical contact post-onboarding; triage issues with engineering
  • Build and maintain integration guides, samples, and docs to go live faster
  • Translate client feedback into platform improvements with product and engineering
  • Identify and flag integration bottlenecks, latency issues, and API pain points
  • Monitor client API health and usage patterns; alert when something looks off

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–5 years in a technical client-facing role at an exchange/fintech
  • Hands-on experience with REST, WebSocket, and FIX APIs
  • Comfortable reading/writing Python or JavaScript
  • Strong communicator for engineers and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter who owns client issues end to end
  • Collaborative with engineering, product, and sales
