- Onboard market makers and institutional clients via Polymarket APIs (REST, WebSocket)
- Serve as the primary technical contact post-onboarding; triage issues with engineering
- Build and maintain integration guides, samples, and docs to go live faster
- Translate client feedback into platform improvements with product and engineering
- Identify and flag integration bottlenecks, latency issues, and API pain points
- Monitor client API health and usage patterns; alert when something looks off
🎯 Requirements
- 2–5 years in a technical client-facing role at an exchange/fintech
- Hands-on experience with REST, WebSocket, and FIX APIs
- Comfortable reading/writing Python or JavaScript
- Strong communicator for engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter who owns client issues end to end
- Collaborative with engineering, product, and sales
