  • Advise on tech support and product adoption across pre/post-sales and renewals
  • Analyze customers' IT Ops environment regularly and recommend how to maximize Datadog value
  • Advocate for customers by understanding goals and use cases; suggest changes, adoption, configuration
  • Prepare and participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering and services to identify new features
  • Evolve best practices for product adoption and customer success

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Solid technical grounding and hands-on IT Operations
  • Hands-on AWS, Azure or GCP experience
  • Proficient in scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab
  • Docker and Kubernetes experience (Rancher or similar)
  • Thai language proficiency required for Thai-speaking clients
