Technical Account Manager 2 - Tel Aviv

📋 Description

• Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers across pre/post sales and renewals.
• Analyze customers' IT Operations regularly and provide recommendations to maximize Datadog value.
• Advocate for customers by understanding goals and use cases; suggest changes, adoption, configuration and features.
• Prepare for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering and technical services to identify new features.
• Continuously evolve best practices for technical product adoption and customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical grounding and hands-on IT Operations experience.
• Proficient with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Comfortable scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP, etc.
• Skilled with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab.
• Knowledgeable about Docker, Kubernetes or Rancher.
• Able to sit up to 4 hours at client sites.
• Willing to travel up to 30% by car, train or air.
• Previous TAM experience with mid-market and/or Enterprise cloud customers.
• Experienced using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools.
