  • Act as a technical advisor to 3 enterprise accounts, driving adoption of Datadog.
  • Lead enablement sessions across core product areas tailored to customer needs.
  • Analyze IT Operations environments to suggest config, usage, and perf improvements.
  • Deliver technical business reviews, health checks, and maturity assessments.
  • Escalate product issues and advocate for customers with Product/Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (TAM/Solutions Architect/etc.) in cloud/observability space.
  • Proficient with at least two public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and monitoring.
  • Familiar with scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Terraform, Chef/Puppet).
  • Experience with CI/CD and containerization tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Able to work with minimal guidance on enablement, triage, and adoption strategies.
