  • Act as technical advisor to 3 enterprise accounts; drive Datadog adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in technical customer-facing roles (TAM/SA/SRE/DevOps) in cloud/observability.
  • Proficient with AWS, Azure, GCP; hands-on with infrastructure or app monitoring.
  • Familiar with Python, Bash, Terraform, Chef/Puppet.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and containerization: Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Strong communicator; adapt messaging for technical or exec audiences.
  • Self-directed; enable customers, triage issues, drive adoption.
  • Willing to travel 25-30% as needed.
  • Datadog or cloud monitoring experience a strong plus.
