Monitor technical program health and mitigate issues before impact.
Drive adoption of contracted solutions and identify new opportunities.
Oversee all technical client touch points and act as escalation point.
Develop relationships with key technical stakeholders to expand our footprint.

🎯 Requirements

18–24 months in a client-facing role, preferably technical.
Experience in technical consulting or project management; account mgmt a plus.
General web tech knowledge; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
Basic knowledge of web analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
