- Lead and scale CoLab's Forward Deployed Engineering team.
- Serve as executive technical sponsor for strategic customers.

🎯 Requirements
- 5–10+ years in technical roles with 2–3 years leading FDE or Solutions Eng in SaaS.
- Proven track record building a new function or team from scratch.
- Strong coding skills and technical fluency; comfortable leading implementation.
- Deep experience with enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, IdP, data lakes).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management (internal and external).
- Experience embedding with customer teams navigating complex tech orgs.
