  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Product, Engineering, Payments, and Compliance roles, from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Master sourcing beyond LinkedIn using GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech meetups.
  • Partner with hiring managers across technical teams, offering credible pushback when needed to ensure the best hires.
  • Create exceptional candidate experiences that result in high NPS scores, showcasing WeTravel's culture and mission.
  • Use data to drive decisions, analyzing metrics in Ashby to monitor pipeline health and optimize conversions.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines, maintaining relationships with great candidates even when timing isn't right.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience in scale-up or high-growth environments
  • Deep sourcing expertise: Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities
  • Strong technical understanding; discuss tech stacks and evaluate technical fit with engineers
  • Experience with ATS platforms (preferably Ashby) and data-driven recruiting
  • Excellent stakeholder management; adapt approach and push back constructively
  • Available 32-40 hours per week and able to work from our Amsterdam office 2-3 days per week
