๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent field
- 2+ years experience as a Support Engineer with APIs or in telecom/SaaS
- Voice technologies: SIP, VoiceXML, CCXML, WebRTC, Websockets
- Voice software: Asterisk, Freeswitch, Kamailio, Voxeo Prophecy
- Experience supporting or integrating APIs and/or SDKs
