  • Investigate, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues related to our Voice APIs
  • Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Problem solve, show curiosity and learn rapidly
  • Capture knowledge for customers who prefer self-service

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent field
  • 2+ years experience as a Support Engineer with APIs or in telecom/SaaS
  • Voice technologies: SIP, VoiceXML, CCXML, WebRTC, Websockets
  • Voice software: Asterisk, Freeswitch, Kamailio, Voxeo Prophecy
  • Experience supporting or integrating APIs and/or SDKs
