  • Own incidents pre-classified as bugs; perform root-cause analysis to resolve.
  • Do deep troubleshooting and data/log analysis to identify issues.
  • Create detailed bug reports for Engineering; document steps and impact.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and QA to validate fixes and improve docs.
  • Resolve issues directly when possible (data corrections, workarounds, config fixes).

  • Advanced technical support and troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • English communication (written and verbal).
  • Incident management, triage, escalation; cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ticketing and monitoring tools: Jira, Zendesk, Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, Kibana.
  • Relational DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and SQL; RESTful APIs and JSON.
