- Experience in full-cycle recruitment at a tech start-up or fast-growing scale-up.
- Experience recruiting Product, Design, and/or Engineering roles.
- Ability to handle large-volume applications to build a diverse, high-quality pipeline.
- Strong track record in high-pace hiring with focus on deliverables.
- Experience with Talent Acquisition stacks (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime) and AI-powered recruiting tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English; alignment with Remote's values and diversity goals.
