🎯 Requirements

Experience in full-cycle recruitment at a tech startup or scale-up.
Recruiting for Product, Design, and/or Engineering roles.
Ability to manage high-volume applications and diverse pipelines.
Strong track record in high-paced hiring with deliverables.
Excellent spoken and written English for a global talent pool.
Experience with TA stack (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime) and AI tools.
