- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or at an agency
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong track record of delivering hires; ability to balance candidate expectations with business needs
- Experience recruiting Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Software Engineers
- Operate as a business partner, using market insights to guide faster decisions
- Proactive, structured, and able to push back when a profile is vague or unrealistic
