  • Implement, configure, and deliver AI-driven Conversational AI solutions across CXone.
  • Build and maintain integrations using APIs, modern web tech, and auth standards.
  • Implement, enhance, and optimize bot behaviors via prompt engineering.
  • Develop PoCs and production-ready components.
  • Support testing, validation, and go-live activities across customer environments.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Engineers, Consultants, and Project Managers.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in technical or business field or equivalent.
  • 16+ years in professional experience; AI/bot apps preferred.
  • 5+ years in technical leadership or people management.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript; Python familiarity a plus.
  • Experience with C# or Java; Web APIs (SOAP, REST); OAuth2/OIDC/SAML.
  • HTML/CSS; SQL/NoSQL databases.
