Tech Manager, Engineering

📋 Description

• Define and govern technical standards for AI and Conversational AI delivery.
• Lead design/implementation of API integrations and authentication standards.
• Lead PoCs and production components leveraging AWS Cloud, AWS Knowledge Hub, and AI/ML models.
• Drive prompt engineering, conversational design, and AI orchestration best practices.
• Oversee testing, validation, and go-live to ensure quality, security, and usability.
• Lead and develop the engineering team: performance reviews, career growth, and culture of continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 15+ years in software engineering or technical delivery, with focus on AI/digital channels.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or people management (Engineering Manager/Tech Lead).
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript; deep AWS Cloud knowledge; AWS Knowledge Hub; Azure/GCP a plus.
• Proven experience with AI/ML models, Generative AI frameworks, and enterprise AI orchestration; experience with prompt engineering.
• Web APIs, REST, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML; CI/CD pipelines; SQL/NoSQL databases; frontend fundamentals.
