🎯 Requirements

5-7 years of platform engineering in production (DevOps, Infra, Dev Tools)
Expertise with cloud infra (AWS EKS, GCP GKE, or Azure AKS) and IAM
Proficiency in at least one systems/backend language for operator development
Hands-on experience with Terraform and Git workflows
Ability to operate autonomously and drive projects from concept to production
2+ years experience managing teams
