- Familiarity with distributed systems patterns: backpressure, graceful degradation, capacity planning.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Terraform, and monitoring tools like Datadog.
- Clear communicator and strong collaborator; comfortable navigating trade-offs with other platform teams.
