🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years working with Tier 1 and 2 contract manufacturers in Asia and North America.
- Led or mentored engineers in a technical leadership role.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar) and production-ready design.
- Deep knowledge of materials and processes for wearable accessories (plastics, textiles, elastomers).
