📋 Description

• Lead frontend and backend engineers building web apps and JS libraries.
\n
• Define technical requirements, estimate effort, scope projects, and manage agile processes.
\n
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, stakeholders to deliver on time and quality.
\n
• Identify risks and blockers; review code; provide architectural guidance.
\n
• Develop leadership skills, set best practices, hire/train, and share knowledge.
\n
• Experiment with new frameworks and tools to improve systems.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• CS degree is a plus, but not required.
\n
• 5+ years of software experience.
\n
• Technically strong with shipping products into production.
\n
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
\n
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, stakeholders).
\n
• Core understanding of web apps, frontend architecture, APIs, and vanilla JS.
\n
• Ability to break down a request into actionable tasks.
\n
• Familiarity with JavaScript, React, AWS Amplify.
\n
