- Backend skills in Java, Kotlin, Go; high-volume, low-latency distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of event-driven architectures, APIs, and real-time decisioning data stores.
- Hands-on fraud prevention in payments, digital commerce or gaming; chargebacks and 3DS familiarity.
- Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives.
