🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in hardware systems, infrastructure, or related domains
- Strong depth in hardware deployment, data center ops, or silicon bring-up
- Experience bringing complex hardware from development to production
- Experience with deployment planning, operational readiness, incident response, and root-cause analysis
- Experience building tooling, automation, observability for deployment quality
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead senior technical talent
