• Define testing strategies, observability standards, and runbooks; mentor.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• 6+ years backend engineering; 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong Python fluency; production services; FastAPI or async frameworks.
• Deep PostgreSQL experience; schema design, indexing, migrations.
• API design with contracts, versioning, backward compatibility.
• Led small teams (3-8 engineers) through complex projects.
