📋 Description

• Growth: Production underwriting for referrals across management liability, Tech E&O, Cyber, MPL.
• Expand appetite of the online platform; optimize profitability and digitized processes.
• Risk assessment: Analyze applications, supporting documents, and background information.
• Underwriting decisions: Accept, modify, or reject risks per guidelines.
• Portfolio management: Monitor assigned book to align with risk appetite.
• Collaboration & compliance: Work with brokers, clients, and teams; ensure regulatory adherence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or risk mgmt; RPLU/CPCU a plus.
• 3+ years underwriting in management liability, Tech E&O, or Cyber; MPL a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills; build relationships with brokers, clients, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of policy language, risk criteria, and legal concepts; regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written/spoken communication; Google Suite; Salesforce.
• Ability to work cross-culturally on a global team and thrive in a remote environment.
