What You'll Do
Partner closely with sales and customer success teams to fully understand customer needs and showcase how our solutions address them.
Conduct educational webinars to demonstrate new or important platform capabilities.
Support the sales team in completing requests for proposal.
Manage sandbox trials for prospective clients.
Enhance pre-sales standard operating procedures and knowledge.
Communicate effectively—both in writing and verbally—with internal teams, executive stakeholders, and external audiences.
Participate in 1-3 trade shows per year.
What You'll Need
4+ years of experience in sales engineering, software implementation, or technical administration within IT Service Management (required).
Bachelor’s degree required; a combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
A strong work ethic and persistent attitude are essential for success in this role.
Proven track record of success in software/technology sales engineering or implementation.
Demonstrated understanding of service management, project and portfolio management, application integrations, and/or asset and software management processes.
Experience presenting both via the web and in person.
To Go the Extra Step
Prior experience working with the TeamDynamix platform.
Previous role as a system administrator for IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), and/or Conversational AI (CAI) platforms.
Experience in IT Operations such as Service Desk, Desk Side Support, or Application Administration.
ITIL certification.
PMP certification.
