- Configure, maintain, and scale Siemens Teamcenter environments for a growing engineering org
- Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, access controls, and environment configuration
- Troubleshoot Teamcenter issues affecting workflows, releases, ownership, access, and data integrity
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges
- Analyze system logs and workflow failures to implement scalable corrective actions
- Support and improve Item, Item Revision, Dataset, BOM, and workflow management processes
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience
- 5+ years supporting Siemens Teamcenter in engineering/manufacturing environments
- Strong Teamcenter admin, workflows, data structures, release processes, and configuration management
- Experience troubleshooting Teamcenter issues involving workflows, datasets, BOMs, ownership, and integrations
- Familiarity with Siemens NX managed-mode environments and CAD/PLM integrations
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
