🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- 4–6 years in a customer-facing SaaS/technology environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence is a strong plus; API-driven products a plus.
- Experience building, interpreting, and communicating insights from multiple data sources; strong written and verbal communication.
