📋 Description

  • Establish and track Swarm and Agent goals and metrics (TTR, CSAT, quality, productivity).
  • Own Swarm performance insights through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
  • Provide VOC and VOI insights to Product/Engineering with data-backed feedback.
  • Execute Case QA, review results, and coach team members with actionable plans.
  • Support team growth through coaching and development conversations.
  • Leverage AI-powered tooling to improve quality, efficiency, and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • 4–6 years in a customer-facing SaaS/technology environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence is a strong plus; API-driven products a plus.
  • Experience building, interpreting, and communicating insights from multiple data sources; strong written and verbal communication.
