๐ฏ Requirements
- 7+ years in IT Project Management, Support, Consulting, or Product Management.
- 5+ years in Operational or Support Leadership role; ability to build and run a team.
- 2+ years directly managing cross-functional teams and/or managers.
- Proven track record leading IT implementations and operations as a consultant or IT lead.
- Ability to handle customer escalations, achieve agreement, and drive Customer Success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
