📋 Description

  • Plan and execute field marketing programs: events, webinars, content syndication, digital campaigns
  • Lead vendors and business partners within budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partner teams to support pipeline creation
  • Analyze data and insights to optimize lead lifecycle management
  • Evaluate program impact and optimize key metrics and lead gen tactics
  • Manage logistics and admin tasks; lead the Japan Field Marketing team

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing, preferably Enterprise SaaS
  • 3+ years as a people manager
  • Hands-on marketing from events to web promotions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with SFDC, Marketo, HubSpot, Google Analytics
  • Native Japanese and business-level English
  • Partner Marketing experience is preferred
