  • Proven track record leading B2B SaaS AM/post-sale teams with NRR ownership
  • Experience moving teams through model transitions: incentives, CSM-to-AM, scaling
  • Hired and developed ICs in a high-growth environment, not inherited teams
  • Strong operating discipline; build pipeline views leaders rely on and enforce standards
  • Skilled at people leadership and customer engagement; coach and participate in key moments
  • Fluent in German and English (hard requirement)
