  • Lead a Warsaw-based TAM team across CEE markets and a large EMEA client.
  • Manage day-to-day priorities, workload, ownership, and delivery standards.
  • Coach team members and support development through feedback and check-ins.
  • Oversee tech and ops support for campaigns: launches, monitoring, troubleshooting.
  • Act as first escalation point for complex technical or stakeholder challenges.
  • Translate complex topics into clear explanations for non-technical stakeholders.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital advertising, ideally programmatic/ad tech.
  • 1-2+ years in team leadership, coordination, mentoring, or escalation.
  • Experience with international clients, multiple markets, or distributed stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem: DSPs, RTB, DMPs, tagging.
  • Hands-on with DSPs: The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP.
  • Fluency in English and Polish; excellent communication.
