- 1-2+ years in team leadership, coordination, mentoring, or escalation.
- Experience with international clients, multiple markets, or distributed stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem: DSPs, RTB, DMPs, tagging.
- Hands-on with DSPs: The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP.
- Fluency in English and Polish; excellent communication.
