- Ideally manufacturing or production leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with stakeholders.
- Leads by example; develops others and builds engagement.
- Experience leading process and system improvements for ops performance and cost.
- Motivated by a dog-focused business delivering health and happiness.
