- Proven experience building or scaling monorepo and/or micro-frontend systems.
- Strong opinions on code quality, testing strategies, and CI/CD.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or large-scale SaaS — a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and high-level English.
