📋 Description

  • Manage accounts payable operation and team coordination
  • Plan and organize activities related to AP invoices processing
  • Supervise daily AP operations in automated, international, multi-currency setting
  • Train and onboard department members; backup for other team leads
  • Manage AP systems (SAP/Serrala) and drive process improvements
  • Produce reporting and quarter-end analyses; monitor AP aging and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

  • College diploma with accounting certificate
  • Five years of experience in accounts payable
  • Solid knowledge of SAP and Serrala (AP management)
  • Supervisory experience
  • Excel proficiency
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
