  • Contribute to global support strategy aligned with Japan needs
  • Collaborate with a local BPO for day-to-day delivery and ops

  • Experience in customer-facing, cross-functional roles in global orgs
  • Balance local Japan needs with global collaboration
  • Approachable, pragmatic leader who empowers teams to own work
  • Strong problem-solving and ability to improve processes
  • Comfortable as escalation point for varied tech support challenges
  • Affinity for internet tech and APIs/SQL/HTML/JavaScript
  • Payments/Fintech exp not required; curiosity for the space
  • Strong written and spoken Japanese and English communication
  • Willing to travel occasionally
