- Comfortable as escalation point for varied tech support challenges
- Affinity for internet tech and APIs/SQL/HTML/JavaScript
- Payments/Fintech exp not required; curiosity for the space
- Strong written and spoken Japanese and English communication
- Willing to travel occasionally
