Own complex tech engagements end-to-end; design and build integrations.
Lead and develop a small team of Sales Engineers and TAMs.
Guide pre- and post-sale activities: evaluation, design, adoption, implementation.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Onboarding and Engineering to align needs with the roadmap.
Build scalable processes to help the team scale.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in solutions engineering, TAM, implementation, or related role
Comfortable reading API docs, troubleshooting integrations, and designing data flows
At least 1 year leading a technical or customer-facing team
Lead technical discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Deep familiarity with Zapier; design, troubleshooting, and optimize workflows
Strong project and programme management; able to scope, plan, and drive cross-functional work
