📋 Description

• Lead security and compliance programs for Knak.
• Hands-on leadership at security, compliance, and business enablement.
• Guide SOC 2 and ISO 27001 implementation.
• Build security awareness across the company.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, auditors, and vendors to support security workflows.
• Maintain and improve security documentation and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in security and compliance with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Knowledge of security training, app security, and compliance programs.
• Proven ability to lead change and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, conflict management, and organization.
• Experience managing people and growing teams.
• Ability to balance security needs with business goals cross-functionally.
