๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Role is a Player-Coach leading India SDRs, hands-on with pipeline work.
  • Coach and manage a small SDR team to meet APJ targets.
  • Collaborate with local Sales and APJ SDR Leader on territory to qualify and mature leads.
  • Meet daily/monthly targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, and pipeline.
  • Lead onboarding and coaching for India SDRs with development plans.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting to APJ Sales Development Leader.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years in Sales Development.
  • Channel-based IT industry experience.
  • High-volume outbound lead generation experience.
  • Experience with technical hi-tech products.
  • CRM familiarity with Salesforce/SFDC workflow.
  • People management experience (1+ year preferred).
